Credit Card Transaction Records Guide

Finans Takibi allows you to clearly track your financial situation by recording all financial transactions on your credit cards in detail. This guide explains step by step how you can view and manage the transaction records of your spending, cash advances, refunds, and payments on your credit cards.

Viewing Transaction Records

You can track all spending entries and other records you have added to your credit cards via the credit card detail page.

  1. Go to Credit Cards Page: Click on "Credit Cards" from the left menu.
  2. View Account Transactions:
    - Select the credit card whose transaction records you want to view and click on the "Credit Card Details" button.
    - On the credit card detail page, scroll down to the "Transactions" section at the bottom of the graphic reports.
    - In this area, you can view the date, amount, pre-transaction debt, post-transaction debt, description, transaction type, labels, and buttons required to update or delete the transaction record of all spending additions, cash advances, refunds, and payment transactions made to your selected credit card.

Filtering and Searching

You can filter by date or transaction type or use the search field to find related transactions faster. When the page is first opened, the last 30 days will be selected as the date by default. To filter, you can find the filtering options at the top of the credit card detail page, just below the credit card information. After making the necessary filtering settings, simply click the "Search" button. The graphic reports under the filtering options will also be updated according to this filtering.

Graphic Reports

There are 4 different graphic reports on the credit card detail page. These are listed below;

  1. Calendar Schedule Report: A visual chart will display the debt information recorded on your credit cards for each day according to the filtered date range. This chart allows you to easily track the changes in your credit card debt over time.
  2. Payments Pie Slice Report: A pie chart will be displayed showing the distribution of your payments by tags according to the filtered date range. This chart shows the percentage share of your different payments in total payments.
  3. Spending Pie Slice Report: A pie chart will be displayed showing the distribution of your expenses by tags according to the filtered date range. This chart shows the percentage share of your different spending categories in total spending.
  4. Percentage Report: A report comparing total payments and expenses in percentages according to the filtered date range will be displayed. This report helps you analyze your payment and spending balance and financial health.

Note: These transaction records and reports allow you to better track your financial status and transactions. Every transaction made will be accurately recorded in your reports and financial analysis. If you notice any errors or issues, you can contact the Finans Takibi support team.
