My Wallet Activity Records Guide

Finans Takibi allows you to track your financial situation by recording all financial transactions in your wallet in detail. This guide explains step by step how you can view and manage the transaction records of incomes, expenses, deposits money in the bank, and withdraws money to wallets you have made in your wallet.

Viewing Transaction Records

You can track all the money entries you have added to your wallet via the account details page.

1. Go to the My Wallet Page: Click on "My Wallet" from the left menu.
2. View Account Transactions:
   - On my wallet page, go down to the "Transactions" section at the bottom of the graphic reports.
   - In this area, you can view the last five transactions related to your wallet. You can filter the transaction history using the "Detailed Transaction History" button to view a detailed transaction history.

Filtering and Searching

On this page, you can view the date, amount, pre-transaction balance, post-transaction balance, description, transaction type, tags, and buttons to update or delete the transaction record for all transactions, including adding money, adding expenses, transferring money to a bank, and transferring money to a wallet. You can filter by date or transaction type to find relevant transactions more quickly. When the page first opens, the current month will be selected by default. To filter, click the Filters section and open the filter options. After adjusting the necessary filter settings, simply click the "Filter" button.

Graphic Reports

There are 4 different graphic reports on the account detail page. They are listed below;

1. Balance Trend Graph: This graph shows the balance trend for each day, starting from the beginning of the current month. It shows the cash balance change for each day of the current month.
   
2. Transaction Type Distribution: This shows a pie chart showing the percentage of total transactions in the current month, including spending and payments.
   
3. Transaction Amount Graph: This graph shows the total spending and payment amounts in the current month.
   
4. Tag Analysis: This is an analysis report showing the amounts of transactions made under which tags in the current month.

Note: These transaction records and reports allow you to better track your financial status and transactions. Every transaction made will be accurately recorded in your reports and financial analysis. If you notice any errors or issues, you can contact the Finans Takibi support team.
